Please complete any unfinished math from your Nelson Textbook, pages 93 and 94. Questions 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7. There will be a math quiz covering graphing (bar graphs, scatter plots and line graphs) and calculating mean and median. Please review these concepts. Email your teacher should you have any questions regarding your homework.

1. Complete your map; colour in each section based on the outline provided in class.

2. Postcard Activity; write a brief letter on one side of the postcard provided. You will be writing as if you were an original First Nations person, migrating from Asia approximately 30, 000 - 35, 000 years ago. Explain both how and why you are migrating to North America (refer to your notes about the theories of migration and consider the push and pull factors leading to migration, that were discussed in class). On the other side add an illustration of what you may have seen on your journey to North America.
