Science: On November 12th, 2009 students will present their science water filtration systems to the class. Students have been working on these systems in class and many are taking great pride in their work. Students were given an outline and rubric when this project was first assigned. In addition, a list of reminders was distributed to students today. It is important that students follow the outline and rubric to ensure they have all the components of the assignment completed for this Thursday. Drama: The grade 7’s and 8’s have been working on Tableau representations. This week students will represent a person in a photograph and each student will discuss the thoughts and feelings of this character. The topics of these photographs involve many social, economical and environmental issues.
